Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell has been a chef and television presenter in the US and an instructor at Institute of Culinary Education. She hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef at Food Network. Food Network. Anne Burrell's Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant chef and her distinctive spiky blond locks and pumped up appearance, offers easy techniques any person can master. Chef Burrell also worked at the top New York restaurants, has learned about Italian cuisine and its traditions, and competed on Food Network's Iron Chef America. As a child in the upstate of New York, Chef Burrell was captivated by cooking and eating at an early age. Following her graduation with an English and Communications degree at Canisius College in Buffalo NY she pursued her passion for the business of restaurant by enroling at The Culinary Institute of America. The Culinary Institute of America was an unforgettable experience for me. I was unable to learn enough, didn't achieve enough and couldn't push myself enough. After graduating, Burrell spent one year learning at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners as well as working at Umbria's La Taverna del Lupo as in Tuscany's La Bottega del 30, a Michelin-starred restaurant. When she was in Italy the chef gained an appreciation and appreciation for Italian culinary traditions. It had a significant effect on the way she thinks about food. Burrell was a part of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board to brighten the lives of kids facing difficulties. She is also an Juvenile Research Foundation Celebrity Ambassador who promotes awareness of the condition known as juvenile diabetes. She speaks about her cooking love and imparts her knowledge of the culinary world as she frequently travels throughout the US in both her roles as mentors and speakers. Anne has, through her whole culinary journey has stated that it's an honor to be able to be able to share this love of life with others.
